This tutorial takes you through the steps of creating your first book.

1. Prepare the files containing the book pages. These can be JPG, PNG and non-animated GIF images or SWF animations. Watch video tutorial on how to convert pdf file to jpg.

• Please use only Latin letters or numbers in the file names.
• No special symbols are allowed.
• We recommend creating meaningful filenames – e.g. MyBook_page01.jpg

2. Go to the Book Manager tab (Components -> FlippingBook -> Manage Books).

3. Click "New" in the upper panel.

4. Enter the book name and description, if necessary.

5. Fill in other book parameters - their descriptions are given on the same page.

6. Click "Save" from the upper panel. A message will appear if the fields are not filled out properly.

7. Go to the file upload page (Components -> FlippingBook -> Manage Files).

8. Select the file for uploading from your computer and click "Save" in the upper panel.

9. Repeat the previous step for all the files to be uploaded to the server or use FTP access for uploading files. All the book files are stored in /images/flippingbook/
